2026 All Staff Survey

The NTEU is launching its own all-staff survey of Western in 2026.

How are you and your colleagues coping? What is the state of the institution as you see it? What needs to be done to repair it? The survey consists of 20 questions, and should take you just ten minutes to complete. But by submitting your responses you may make a measurable difference to the future of the University.

We have worded the questions and possible responses as objectively and responsibly as possible. We’re not wanting to ‘lead’ or ‘push-poll’ people in their responses. When you start the survey you will be prompted for a valid University email address, to ensure nobody responds more than once. But the response process and the validation process have been kept rigorously separate. Your responses are strictly confidential.
