Following our successful Stop Work Meeting just before Easter, management has now put a pay offer on the table (NTEU can demonstrate it is only 2.8% and not the 3.5% management has claimed).
We now need members to come together to discuss their offer and conditions as well as consider next steps. This meeting will be for members to discuss the issues specific to academic staff, especially those on which management’s pay offer is contingent.
