It\u2019s time to bargain for better workplaces and a better university.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Through Enterprise Bargaining, staff at the University of New England, led by NTEU members get a\u00a0chance to negotiate for improvements to our workplace and working conditions.<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n

Our union negotiated Enterprise Agreements are set to expire on 30 June<\/strong> and members play a critical role throughout the whole bargaining process.<\/p>\n

We should feel empowered to raise our voices for basic assurances, but it\u2019s going to take all our voices to ensure we get the change we want to see.<\/strong><\/p>\n
