Your NTEU Bargaining Team have been consistently meeting with management and negotiating to better your EBA.
We’re coming close to resolution on a large number of issues relating to conditions for professional staff and all staff across the University, but there’s still a large distance between the parties on a few key issues.
Unless there has been sufficient progress, this meeting will consider whether to escalate from non-industrial visibility and solidarity actions to industrial action.
