Bargaining for our new Enterprise Agreement is underway!!
Your NTEU bargaining team has now met with management three times. We have tabled your Log of Claims, which seeks improvements to the current agreement in crucial areas such as job security, flexibility, and workloads, and agreed the ground rules for bargaining.
Management has also outlined changes it is seeking through bargaining – in areas such as intellectual freedom and casual employment – and briefed us on the University’s financial position.
To discuss all the above, together with our bargaining wins in the sector so far – including brand new clauses relating to AI – and the bargaining roadmap, you are invited to a General Members’ Meeting.
