We’re excited to invite you to NTEU NSW’s Organising to Win Training, a two-day program on 24-25 September designed to strengthen your organising skills, deepen your industrial knowledge, and help build the power needed to win better outcomes at work.
Over two interactive days, you’ll learn practical organising skills, explore effective workplace strategies, and develop the confidence to lead collective action in your workplace.

Organising Conversations
Develop the skills to have purposeful, trust-based conversations that identify issues, build leadership, and inspire action.
Delegate Rights, Roles and Responsibilities
Understand delegate rights, protections, and responsibilities, and the critical role delegates play in building union power.
From Problems to Power
Learn how to turn workplace issues into collective campaigns for change.
Running Effective Organising Meetings
Facilitate engaging, action-oriented meetings that build participation and momentum.
Planning for Action
Develop practical organising strategies and create a workplace action plan to take back to your branch.
The training is highly interactive and grounded in real workplace experience, with plenty of opportunities to learn from fellow members and organisers.
