We deserve a workplace built on transparency, fairness, and respect &#8211; not secrecy, overwork, and uncertainty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">This strike is part of our push for real, enforceable improvements:<b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">No forced redundancies<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Workload protections<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Staff voice and transparency on UTS Council and committees<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">A cultural safety plan co-designed with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Protections against AI surveillance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">10 days\u2019 paid union leave for members<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p class=\"p1\">Improved change processes<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">We\u2019re at a critical moment in the fight against job cuts. Bargaining allows us to turn that mobilisation into concrete wins \u2014 protections that secure jobs, improve workloads, and strengthen our rights for years to come. But it will take <span class=\"s1\"><b>all of us <\/b><\/span>to win the changes UTS desperately needs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you\u2019re not yet a member, now is the time to join the NTEU.
