These include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Rights to dedicated workspaces \u2013 instead of unlimited hotdesking<\/li>\n<li>Rights to work from home and to flexible work<\/li>\n<li>Equal 17% superannuation and improved conversion processes for casual staff<\/li>\n<li>No job losses from artificial intelligence<\/li>\n<li>15 days of reproductive leave<\/li>\n<li>Improvements to workplace change procedures and greater job security for all staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Instead of a response to this, though, all management has come back with so far, is a suite of measures we say <strong>will make life harder for staff<\/strong><\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For professional staff, Management want an increased span of hours across Monday to Sunday<\/li>\n<li>For academic staff, Management want a new category of teaching-only positions who would be excluded from the workload protections and workload appeal rights that all other permanent staff enjoy in our current agreement; and who would be denied promotions beyond level B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We need Management to get serious about negotiating a fair agreement \u2013 one that recognises the hard work of staff and builds a better UNSW.
