AT UTS
It’s time to bargain for better workplaces and a better university.
Through Enterprise Bargaining, staff at UTS, lead by NTEU members get a chance to negotiate for improvements to our workplace and working conditions.
Our union negotiated Enterprise Agreement expired on 31st August and NTEU members endorsed our union Log of Claims to improve our next Agreement.
We’re at a critical point in our mobilsation against job cuts. During bargaining we can increase pressure on management and transform this fight for job security into demands for an even stronger Enterprise Agreement.Â
We should feel empowered to raise our voices for basic assurances, but it’s going to take all our voices to ensure we get the change we want to see.
It’s more important than ever to join the NTEU! If you’re already a member, make sure you share more on bargaining with your colleagues. We’re stronger together!
