This session brings together experts, advocates, and lived‑experience voices to unpack how reproductive leave benefits everyone and how our current parental leave can be made more equitable.
This forum will spark conversation, deepen understanding, and be a vital opportunity to centre staff voices, experiences and actions on this crucial workplace issue. Whether you’re a parent, future parent, ally, or simply passionate about social justice and workplace equity, this is a space to learn, connect, and contribute.
