Our log of claims is developed by UTS staff and endorsed by NTEU members. It brings together the key improvements we need for a fairer and safer university — real pay rises, enforceable workload protections, genuine job security and stronger rights at work. The log of claims sets the direction for bargaining and ensures staff voices drive our campaign and our negotiations with university management.
