BARGAINING
AT UNSW
We're bargaining for better workplaces and a better university.
NTEU members have been campaigning for many months now, to advocate for fairer pay, demand stronger job security and workload protections, and defend our employment conditions.
We’ve just served our Log of Claims on management outlining what we will be seeking in this round of bargaining. Make no mistake, just asking for these important claims such as a pay rise will not make it happen - it will depend on union collective action to show management how important these issues are to workers.
Study after study shows that workers represented by unions win better pay and conditions
If you’ve ever wanted to know more about the bargaining process or the work of your NTEU colleagues, now is a great time to find out!
Only NTEU members are protected in taking Industrial Action and actively participate in the bargaining process; your union colleagues are fighting to win a better Enterprise Agreement for everyone!
